Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure clean rooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, replacing linens, replenishing amenities, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while delivering positive guest relations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, preferred hotel cleaning experience, basic computer skills, and basic math ability. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous hotel cleaning experience is preferred
• Basic computer experience is preferred
• Must possess basic mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Must be attentive to detail
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Services guest rooms using cleaning agents and equipment to ensure adherence to department policies
• Removes inventories and replaces soiled linens and prepares rooms for guest arrivals
• Organizes and/or replenishes guest room amenities
• Maintains a clean and orderly cart with adequate supplies
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within areas of responsibility
• Promotes positive guest relations at all times
• Other duties as assigned
