As a Food Runner, you will learn basic food terms, wine varieties, and beer, join a professional team, and maintain a clean, complete uniform while providing attentive, accurate service.

• Assists in training new food runners.
• Checks out with a manager before leaving the shift.
• Follows the established chain of command.
• Assists servers at all times.
• Identifies signs of guest intoxication and responds appropriately.
• Provides efficient, proper service of all food and beverages.
• Completes and maintains the Florida Certified Food Safety Program.
• Understands how to read PEOs.
• Accurately reads tickets and delivers all items correctly to tables.
• Must be 18 years of age
