Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members who will assist with daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring friendly, personalized service and great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and Team Members to maintain standards, greet guests, take orders, process payments, assist with food preparation, and help keep the dining area and kitchen safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills for payments and transactions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexible hours to cover shifts.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, and processes payments with a friendly demeanor.
• Operates the cash register and POS, with upsell when appropriate.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders before fulfillment.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and utensils.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues.
• Learns TEAM skills and contributes to team goals.
