Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare and serve food, and handle transactions across our travel plazas in the Marlton area. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting food service and retail operations.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist with a variety of kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
