Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and assist in preparing and serving food across travel plazas.

The role requires the ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth, benefits, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Interacts with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash policies.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
