Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of certain food items.
• Greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients and packaging, plus the steps to prepare beverages and foods.
• Maintain quality standards of the products prepared.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Team members in cash handling positions will handle cash accurately.
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service areas.
• Cleanliness of stations or food production/storage areas as needed.
