Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts’ Reef 76 Kitchen & Bar in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Service Support Attendant to deliver quick, professional guest service across bar, dining room, and service areas.

You’ll assist with setup/breakdown, maintain clean work areas, stock stations, support bartenders and servers, and help ensure timely food delivery while upholding Omni standards. This role requires clear English, strong customer service, and flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a food runner, dining or service support role.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests, management and coworkers.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and service recovery skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in high-volume environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service support across food and beverage outlets as needed.
• Assists with bar, dining room, and service area setup, opening, closing and breakdown.
• Maintains clean, organized and safe work areas during service.
• Stocks bar and service stations to par levels with glassware and supplies.
• Delivers food to correct tables and checks guest satisfaction during service.
• Supports bartenders and servers by responding to operational needs.
• Greets guests courteously and maintains efficient service flow.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables and service areas before, during and after service.
