Job summary

Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is seeking a Service Support Attendant for Reef 76 Kitchen & Bar. You will assist the bar, dining room, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences while upholding Omni standards.

The role requires strong English communication, customer-service skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. You will help with setup, service, and post-shift cleanup to maintain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a food and beverage support role preferred.
• Clear and professional English communication with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Strong customer service, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work cohesively with team members across departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to guest needs efficiently.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service support across food and beverage outlets as needed.
• Assists with bar, dining room, and service area setup, opening, and breakdown.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas during service.
• Stocks bar and service stations to par levels with glassware and supplies.
• Supports bartenders and servers by responding to operational needs.
• Greets guests and supports overall guest service flow.
• Delivers food to correct tables according to tickets and floor plans.
