Team: Shelter for Men
The Guest Services Coordinator (GSC) provides care services for shelter guests and supports general guest support activities, including assisting with evening/weekend activities as assigned.
No direct reports; may assist in supervising guests and volunteers.
Minimum qualifications include 1+ years of recent work experience demonstrating dependability, flexibility for shifts, effective communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in non-profit programs and familiarity with addiction, mental health, and trauma support is preferred.
