Job Overview:
Customer Service Coordinator - Part-time hourly with the potential to grow to full-time
- Deliver timely and effective assistance over the phone.
- Use technology to identify opportunities and barriers and find efficient solutions.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate and work in different capacities as a team and assist with quality assurance.
- Take the initiative to find creative approaches that make each experience feel personal for all key players.
- Look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of clients, vendors, and team experience.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Multilingual candidates: opportunities to provide services such as interpreting, translating, and linguistics support.
- Proactively recommend and deliver solutions that support company goals.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with teammates, clients, and vendors.
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
- In-progress university degree or equivalent experience.
- Enjoys talking with others on the phone and video, including clients and vendors, to build supportive, collaborative, and trusting relationships.
- Proficient with technology and adapting to a variety of online platforms.
- Excellent critical thinking and prioritization skills with multiple projects and tasks.
- Proficiency in using online platforms with regular software updates.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Track record of continuous improvement and proactive actions for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to understand the needs of clients and convey them to others.
- Thrives working in a virtual environment.
