You will help guests with menu items, locations, hours, pricing, promotions, and company policies while supporting daily restaurant operations and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from guests and team members.

• Resolve guest questions, concerns, and basic service issues or direct them to the appropriate department or manager.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu items, store locations, hours of operation, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Support restaurant team members by relaying messages and operational information.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during high-volume business periods.
• Document guest interactions and follow up as needed.
• Ensure information shared with guests and team members is accurate and consistent.
• Escalate complex guest concerns or operational issues to the appropriate manager.

What You'll Do

Guest & Team Phone Support
