Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to greet guests, operate the register, maintain store standards, and assist with inventory and vendor communications. The role supports safety policies and offers opportunities for growth across the organization.

Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays are required. Applicants should have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete required paperwork.
• Supports onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and merchandising tasks.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and conduct gas tank inventory.
• Perform duties assigned by management; minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
