Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clearing soiled china, glassware and silverware during service.
• Resetting tables to standard as directed by management.
• Maintaining water service throughout the meal.
• Providing bread service to each table as per the menu.
• Assisting servers with small duties during service.
• Acting as ambassador for guests; relay messages to servers.
• Providing personalized guest service and warm greetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
