Job summary

Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course in Chicago, IL, is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. You will contribute to a positive guest experience, assist with bag handling, club cleaning, and educate players about the game.

• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course, located in Chicago, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$17.30 - $17.40 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Service Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Sydney Marovitz.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.

• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
