Job description

Provide legendary service to guests in the dining room by being the ambassador to the kiosk ordering system.

Essential Functions

• Greet every guest with a smile and assist with kiosk ordering.
• Guide guests by being the subject matter expert for all kiosk functions.
• Assist kiosk guests with rewards, ordering, payments, beverage service, receipt printing, and order fulfillment.
• Provide beverage service for kiosk guests.
• Assist service associates with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when there are no guests in the kiosk queue.
• Maintain the kiosk area by cleaning and stocking.
• Change kiosk receipt paper as needed.
• Sample products to guests entering the cafe.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor and take appropriate action for guest requests.
• Support and promote company initiatives.

Secondary Functions

• Assist with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when no kiosk guests are present.
• Maintain package goods displays.
• Restock Grab and Go and beverage displays.
• Clean and maintain condiment station and dining area.
• Sweep and bus tables.

Hours

Low Volume/Limited: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (based on volume, peak times vary)

Medium to High Volume: AM & PM shifts (based on volume, peak times vary)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
