Church’s Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Crew Member to greet guests, take and fill orders, and ensure fast, courteous service. You’ll upsell products as directed and handle cash with accuracy while maintaining clean displays and accurate holdings throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes adherence to operating standards, teamwork, and the ability to remain composed in a busy environment while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill the customer's order within service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver order to customer.
• Attend to customer service problems or complaints and notify manager as needed.
• Verify opening readings and cash; account for all cash and checks; counts drawer at end of shift.
• Notify Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Maintain proper product holding times and rotate/display products attractively.
• Keep display case clean inside and out; stock napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
