Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to our family. Our GSA will be responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
  • Perform store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
  • Check in vendors as per guidelines.
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Access to all store areas, including the selling floor, stock area, and register.
  • Ability to perform duties promptly and accurately, including reading, writing, and counting.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
