Job summary

European Wax Center in Boulder, CO is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team. You will manage front desk operations, greet guests, and guide them through services and product options to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, educating guests on Wax Pass benefits, and helping drive sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Base Pay:$13.80
