European Wax Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Guest Sales Associate to shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Hourly base pay plus commissions, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to grow within a national brand.

You will work with a passionate team, educating guests on services and promotions, driving sales, and supporting a smooth front desk operation across a busy center.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As aGuest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish,delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

A Day in the Life:

• Managed opening/closing procedures and ensured smooth daily operations.
• Coordinated guest flow, handled inquiries, and maintained the reservation system.
• Educated guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to drive sales.
• Maintained front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
• Delivered a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques.
• Met or exceeded individual and center performance goals.
• Followed company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Participated in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
• Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services & packages!
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for beauty and building genuine guest relationships
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and reach items up to 6 feet high
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift
• Day and evening shifts available, weekend availability required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
