Job summary

European Wax Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Wax Specialist. You will perform full-body waxing services and help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in a team-driven environment.

Base pay starts at $12.25 per hour with opportunities to increase earnings through commissions, bonuses, and product/service recommendations. Training is provided and benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist required; experience is a plus.
• Positive, professional and guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master waxing services (paid training provided).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment; sales experience a plus.
• Flexible availability including openings, closings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide body waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Create a welcoming, upbeat and professional guest experience.
