Job summary

You will book reservations, resolve guest concerns promptly, keep the front desk and lobby organized, and share product knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with guests.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.

Temperature is moderate and controlled.Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required.
