Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service/Sales Associate to welcome guests and drive sales through friendly interactions. You will present wax pass options, explain promotions, and encourage prebooking while staying informed about our retail line.

You will maintain a clean front desk, support colleagues with product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related service or retail experience required.
• Strong sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, inviting demeanor.

• Be knowledgeable about all EWC products, including the retail line.

Being knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times. Temperature is moderate and controlled.Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required.
