Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service/Sales Associate in Massachusetts to greet guests warmly, understand their skincare goals, and guide them through service options and promotions.

You will educate guests on wax pass options, help with prebooking, book reservations, and maintain a tidy front desk while delivering outstanding customer service. Evening and weekend availability preferred, with base hourly pay plus commission.
