Job summary

European Wax Centers in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to greet guests, understand their needs, and recommend service packages and products while earning commission on packages sold. You will own your sales goals, prebook visits, and help keep the front desk organized with a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

You will continually build product knowledge through training and deliver proactive, friendly service to diverse guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable problem solver and positive team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.
• Able to adapt to different guest personalities and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests, and prebook their next visit.
