European Wax Center, Inc. is hiring a Sales & Guest Experience Associate in Wayne, NJ. You will welcome guests, assess their needs, and recommend waxing services and retail products to grow your client base. You will drive sales through memberships, packages, and proactive guest engagement.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with opportunities to earn commissions based on performance. Training supports skill and product growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook their next visit.
• Own your sales goals and performance metrics; higher goals mean higher commission.
• Learn guests’ skincare needs and recommend services and products.
• Know our services, packages, promotions, and retail lines to explain benefits of waxing.
• Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the center.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and answer questions quickly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
