European Wax Centers in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate. You will welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend service packages and products to boost satisfaction and drive repeat visits. You’ll also handle bookings, open/close duties, and maintain a welcoming, brand-aligned lobby.

With a focus on service and sales, you’ll contribute to team success while earning commission. A friendly, proactive approach and strong communication are essential for success in this

• One year of service or retail experience.
