Saratoga Casino Black Hawk in Black Hawk, CO is hiring a Guest Service Ambassador to support marketing and guest services. You will assist with promotions, handle guest inquiries, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires strong verbal communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a background in marketing or customer service. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment at the casino.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• One to three years in Marketing and/or Customer Service, PC/Computer knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing and Guest Services Supervisor with promotions and events and ensure successful implementation on property.
• Provide guest support related to accounts, promotions or gaming needs.
• Review and evaluate confidential customer profiles to determine needs and determine awards when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests via phone, email and in person to increase business.
• Create a positive atmosphere and promote outstanding customer relations.
• Resolve guest and staff issues and report incidents as necessary.

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 8,058 ft above sea level is the city of Black Hawk, Colorado. Known in the mid 1800’s for its ample supply of lode gold, this town once heavy with mines, is now home to Colorado’s premier gaming district. At the top of the city is Saratoga Casino- Black Hawk hosting 365 slot machines, a variety of favorite table games, dining and gift shop. Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC.

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Black Hawk with the best guest service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a GUEST SERVICE AMBASSADOR This position will report directly to the MARKETING AND GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR, and will be responsible for:

• Assists the Marketing and Guest Services Supervisor with the coordination of promotions and events and ensures the successful implementation of those initiatives on property.
• Provides guest support related to their account, promotions or gaming needs.
• Reviews and evaluates confidential customer profiles to determine appropriate customer needs, awards calculated complimentaries when appropriate.
• Maintains relationships with VIP guests through personal contact by phone, email and in person with the ultimate goal of increasing business.
• Responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests and promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Resolves guest and/or staff issues and reports all incidents to the Lead Marketing Ambassador as necessary.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
• Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
• Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
• Responsible for accurate handling and procedures of cash/free play throughout shift.
• Maintain established company and departmental hygiene and appearance standards through well groomed, neat, and professional manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:
