Guest Service Agent (Temporary) - Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza (Finance)
The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza is seeking a temporary Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Enjoy unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and lobby are New York City Interior Landmarks.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a hotel guest service agent in a similar-sized property and be available full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Shift Pattern: Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay Range: $31.97 - $42.63/hour

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, your responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, assisting with check-out, providing hotel information, promoting hotel services, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and relaying messages.
