Job Opportunity: Temporary Bartender at Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza

The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/nycuphh-millennium-hilton-new-york-one-un-plaza/) is seeking a temporary Bartender to join our team!

Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and just half a mile from Grand Central Station. We are within one mile of Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Enjoy unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are both designated New York City Interior Landmarks.

Ideal candidates will have previous bartending experience and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern:

Pay Range:

$30.65 - $40.87 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, including:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and standards
• Serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Processing payments accurately via POS system
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies and perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed
