You will check in and out guests, handle transactions, and provide directions to rooms and events. Formación

• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in and check-out guests in a timely manner and handle simple to complex transactions.
• Greet guests and provide directions to rooms, meetings or events; answer questions with accurate local information.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints with research and appropriate solutions; remain calm during busy shifts.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Details: Job Location: HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92648, Salary Range: $23.85 - $23.85 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Hospitality - Hotel

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Check-in and check-out all guests in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle simple to complex calculations including credit cards and cash. Greets and assists guests with directions to their room, meeting or event.
• Entertains questions from guests and responds with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
• Fields guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results. Listens and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc. Remains calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy resort activity. Plans and implements detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion.
• Maintains appearance of resort lobby, removes trash, organizes furniture, etc. Other duties as assigned by Management.

• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
• You’re highly creative, with strong interpersonal skills!
• Professional phone etiquette, writing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
