Join us as a Guest Service Agent (Overnight) at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock.

About the Role

We are seeking an overnight Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at the beautiful Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, located less than a mile from Bell Rock. Our resort offers expansive suites, private balconies, fireplaces, and signature Red Rock view accommodations. Enjoy access to numerous amenities and adventures, including golf, Pink Jeep tours, hiking, and culinary experiences.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate has overnight availability, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests during the overnight shift, providing prompt, courteous service
  • Check guests out and resolve any challenges during their stay
  • Upgrade guests and promote hotel services and amenities
  • Complete registration, code electronic keys, and assign rooms based on guest needs
  • Promote marketing programs and ensure guests are familiar with hotel facilities
  • Provide welcome packets and assist guests with their arrival experience
