Job Description - Guest Service Agent - Hilton New York Times Square (HOT0BKBT)
Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offering 478 rooms and featuring a newly renovated food and beverage outlets with breathtaking views of Times Square.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Guest Service or Front Office experience, full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays, and experience with OnQ property management system.
Shift Pattern: Full availability required, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Pay Range: $30.23 - $40.31 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for checking in and checking out guests, responding to inquiries, providing directions, and maintaining high product knowledge about the hotel and local attractions. You will assist colleagues and ensure guest satisfaction through accurate and friendly service.
