Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offering 478 rooms and featuring newly renovated food and beverage outlets with breathtaking views of Times Square.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Guest Service or Front Office experience, full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays, and OnQ experience.

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: $30.23 - $40.31 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist Front Office leadership with guest check-in and check-out
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
• Provide directions to guests
• Maintain high product knowledge of hotel services, hours, events, and local attractions
• Support other departments to ensure positive working relationships
• Provide accurate information to guests
