Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest on arrival.
• Register and book guests, verify reservation details.
• Proficient on kiosk operations and assist as needed.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and maintain hotel facility knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall look of the hotel environment.
