Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Riverfront Jacksonville. This role focuses on warm, attentive service and seamless front desk operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle guest requests, and maintain professional standards. The position requires strong communication, time management, and a team-first attitude within a vibrant hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and route inquiries as needed.
• Count bank at start and end of shift; report cash over/shorts to management.
