Springfield Residence Inn by Marriott Old Keene Mill is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, answer phones, and maintain Lobby standards. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy in transactions, and teamwork within a growing hospitality operation.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is valued, with opportunities for growth across 90+ hotels in the network.

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
