Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure. You will engage with guests, provide information about Wanderlust experiences, and ensure a personalized welcome that sets the tone for their stay.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced hotel environment in Seattle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and answer questions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Escort guests and their luggage to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area and assist other attendants as needed.

Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
  • Interact with all guests.
  • Welcomes each guest to our hotel.
  • Open the door for arriving guests by motor vehicle.
  • Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in.
  • Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested.
  • Escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining our amenities and fun facts about the hotel.
  • Work together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and will “dive” to open the door for all guests.
  • Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
  • Be the difference with all guests and employees and do more than just “the norm”.
Qualifications
  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise.
  • Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
  • Pleasant and helpful personality.
  • Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
  • Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $23.00 - $23.00 per hour.

For Full‑Time Associates, benefits include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, & Life Insurance
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Paid Time Off: 1.38 hours for every 40 hours worked (9 days)
  • 7 Paid Holidays

For Part‑Time Associates, benefits include:

  • 401(k) Plan
  • Sick Time: Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
