A leading hotel chain is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, handle billing accurately, and assist guests with their needs in a friendly manner.
This position is responsible for processing check-ins/outs 7am-3pm shift, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
