Job Details

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, check them in and out promptly and professionally. Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking as needed.
• Know how and where to post all charges accurately and promptly.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the Front Office system, including daily transactions and less frequent procedures.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments correctly, including giving change.
• Review reservations with special requests and manage room blocking accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts, and how to apply them.
• Be familiar with reservation procedures, including taking same-day reservations efficiently, and follow cancellation and relocation protocols.

The starting rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
