Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga seeks a Front Desk Agent for PM shifts. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, promote hotel programs, and manage guest records with care. Accurate cash handling and a friendly, efficient service mindset are essential.

Assist with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, maintain a high standard of hospitality, and contribute to a positive Drury experience for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized communicator with multitasking ability.
• Experience handling money and making change.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work the PM shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve as the front desk contact for check-in and check-out.
• Promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and hospitality in line with Drury culture.

What you will do:

Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform front desk related functions, which include checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may include food preparation, set up, guest service (host or bartender), and clean-up.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
