Drury Hotels — Days Inn, Orlando, FL is hiring a Front Desk Associate. Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly bonuses up to $800, plus incentives and benefits.

You will greet guests, check them in/out, promote programs, handle cash, maintain records, and resolve issues while delivering friendly, efficient service. Responsibilities include assisting with breakfast and Kickback service, ensuring a high standard of hospitality, and promoting Drury culture to guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door.
• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform front desk related functions, including check-in/out, promoting programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

What you will do:
