A & R Hospitality Group is looking for a Front Desk Agent who can provide outstanding customer service and always maintains a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check in arriving guests and check out departing guests.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  3. Make reservations for guests arriving on the same day or future dates.
  4. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to any guest inquiries or requests.
  5. Always maintain a professional appearance.
  6. Register all incoming guests and ensure all pertinent information is obtained.
  7. Assist in other departments as needed.
  8. Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  9. Block incoming reservations based on guest requests and room availability.
  10. Block arriving reservations of all groups.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of the back office and front desk area.
  12. Anticipate guest needs to provide superior guest service.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information and guest information.
