Drury Inn & Suites Louisville, located at 9501 Blairwood Road, invites you to join our front desk team. You will deliver warm, efficient guest service, handle check-ins/outs, and support breakfast and Kickback service with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door.
• Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, guest satisfaction, and problem resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including food prep, setup, guest service, and clean-up.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
