Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service during their stay. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role offers opportunities inside the hotel's hospitality team and access to benefits such as health coverage and paid time off, with a flexible schedule and an inclusive culture.

Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
• Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience.
