Sonesta Chicago O'Hare Airport in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and service requests, while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
