Role Responsibilities

1. Check guests in and out promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
2. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and guests.
3. Maintain a welcoming attitude and respond to service questions and requests.
4. Safeguard guests and hotel assets by following policies and procedures.
5. Handle payments and meet guest needs during their stay.
6. Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.

8. Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
9. Create reservations and accommodate special requests.
10. Assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, and amenities.

13. Process payments and verify reservation details accurately.
14. Answer inquiries about bookings, services, and local information.
15. Complete shift reports and manage daily operational tasks.

17. Coordinate with other departments for guest services and event setups.
18. Follow emergency procedures and operate relevant systems.
