Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Council Bluffs is seeking a friendly front desk agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide excellent service in a busy, noisy environment. You will assist guests with inquiries, handle cash transactions, and communicate clearly in English while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous front desk or computer experience is a plus. Harrah's/Caesars properties in the area are part of Caesars Entertainment’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality.
• Previous computer and front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge.
