Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Front-of-House team member for Harrah’s Council Bluffs, Horseshoe Council Bluffs, the Mid-America Center, and the Hilton Garden Inn in Council Bluffs, IA. You will seat guests, greet customers, and respond to questions while delivering attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Work as part of a team.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift.
• Must be physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
