Job summary

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Server to join Hotel 1928 and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. The role requires taking accurate orders, delivering meals with care, and ensuring clean, well-prepared serving stations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, following liquor regulations and providing excellent guest service. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and work flexible hours as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are delivered to the correct guests with proper presentation.
• Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by all liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests, and process payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
