Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution and ensures meals are delivered correctly and well presented.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and processes payments.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
